Denver places for Mr.&Mrs Bubba to eat

Here are two places I found out about this weekend that sound really good -- they're sort of at opposite ends of the spectrum:

You can spend the dough that you save by eating at So All May Eat at the Broadmoor's killer Sunday brunch.
Wish I were there.

(Anybody know anything about neighborhoods around downtown? Specifically Congress Park, a few blocks north and east of there, and the 7th Avenue District? Got a line on condos there...)
